Whitelisting

Sometimes SPAM filters block emails, and you never receive them.

When you whitelist us, you're making sure that you receive our email and newsletters-- as well as notifications for updates to your purchase and other special offers.

To make sure you get your requested email and client notices from this website, apply these simple guidelines to your email program or web-based email service.

Open your email program or log-in to your web email service.

Create a filter that will place our emails in your Inbox:
“ From” field will always be Nicky (Note: This is the name of the webmaster, Nicky VanValkenburgh)
“ Email address” Nicky @ 20 minutes to less stress.com

If our email is delivered to your Spam or Junk folder:

Click on the box in front of our email to insert a checkmark
Click the “This is not spam” button

Add our email address to your Address Book and Friends List:

Open your Address Book or Friends List
Please add nicky @ 20 minutes to less stress.com to your email address book
Click “Add” or “Save”

This is called "white listing."
