The Power of Affirmmations
Here are some positive statements (or affirmmations) to
encourage you to be the best
you can be.
Today is a gift. That's why we call it the present!
The pain of the past
And the worries of tommorrow are gone;
I live in the present!
No matter what is required to accomplish my daily goals,
I can do it!
Nothing can stop me from taking action and making progress, one
small step at a time.
I know that small attempts repeated will allow me to accomplish any
task.
I feel strong, capable and full of life today!
Sometimes it takes longer to make things happen.
That's why I'll continue to work towards my dreams with confident
expectation.
I enjoy doing the things that keep order, harmony and balance in my
life.
I reject all excuses for failure and embrace my unlimited
power!
When you continually think and act like a winner,
it's impossible to get the results of a loser!
I can endure the worst that life can dish out, and still be
optomistic about my success.
I have big dreams, and I'm taking the steps to make them a
reality.
With hard work and persistant effort, I can accomplish anything I
desire.
My greatest motivation in life is to simply do the best that I'm
capable of.
All thoughts of failure have faded to black.
Through negative thinking, I force the power within to work against
me,
therefore I will think positively.
When I fall down, I always, always, always get back up!
Where other people quit in despair, I always keep going.
I let go of all disappointment, frustration and anger, as I boldly
pursue my dreams.
I know what I want, and it comes to be now!
I can overcome any obstacle I encounter.
The secret is to spend more time thinking about solutions than the
problem itself.
Solutions come to me naturally, now!
After every mistake or delay, I quickly regain my momentum and get
back on track.
I smile because I'm happy and carefree. My spirit soars higher than
the clouds.
Nothing can stop me from accomplishing my dreams.
I love reaching for goals that other people think are
impossible.
I see opportunity all around me.
I can push myself through any pain or discomfort in order to
succeed.
I am willing to invest the time it takes to do things right.
I can easily block out all distractions to my success.
If I can dream it, I can do it!
I have the ability to achieve my Definite Cheif Aim in life,
therefore I demand of myself consistent, persistent action towards
its attainment.
It is my destiny to accomplish many great things during my
lifetime.
I smile and greet each new day with confident expectation. I feel
strong, capable and full of life today!
TODAY is my day to win! That's why I'm making this day my
masterpiece. |

Emile Coué & Power Of Affirmmations

In the 1870's, French pharmacist Emile Coué made a giant
step in personal change when he discovered positive
affirmmations.
Dr. Coue's method is so simple that it was not accepted or
believed for a long time. However, Dr. Coue's clinic was achieving
recovery rates five times faster than any other similar
hospital or clinic in Europe.
Dr. Coué taught each of his patients to say: "Every day,
in every way, I'm feeling better and better."
This is a positive affirmation. When it enters your
subconscious mind, it is accepted as true.
Affirmations work because of the two principles of the subconscious
mind: agreement and compliance. Whatever you say by the
conscious mind, the subconscious mind accepts it as it is.
The subconscious mind doesn't know right or wrong, real or unreal.
It stores every bit of information, every command. Affirmations are
strong statements or commands from your conscious mind to your
subconscious mind.
Affirmmations are accepted faster when you're relaxed. That's why
you want to warm up by listening to your U-Cure cds, or
doing some relaxation exercises.
Remember that affirmations are based on the 3 P's. They must be
positive, present tense and
personal. An affirmation such as "I like myself"
is positive, present tense and personal. It is also simple. Of
course, the simpler, the better.
Written affirmation technique
To use this technique, take out a notebook, and write out 5 -
10 goals you want to achieve today, this week or this year.
Then close your eyes and take a deep breath (or do a relaxation
exercise.) Visualize the goal as if it has already
happened. Speak your goal out loud, with an authoritative
command and with positive emotions (calm, happy, assertive.)
Release yourself completely and let it go. Then open your eyes
and carry on with your day.
Quick affirmation technique
This technique can be used in any situation. It takes 10 - 30
seconds and is very effective. Professional speakers, actors and
top business people know and understand the importance of this
technique.
The way it works is simple. You get by yourself, close your eyes,
affirm the ideal outcome, visualize it, emotionalize it and release
it. See and feel the event working out successfully. Then go into
the meeting, or whatever situation, with calmness and confidence.
Let the law of belief work on you at that moment.
You can use these two simple affirmation techniques right now to
program yourself for success.
